Our Messy Paradise
Welcome to our humble abode! We are located in scenic central Pennsylvania, a stones through away from the mighty Susquehanna river. While we are not a "working" farm, we have become more focused on becoming a self sustaining homestead. It is a slow process, but every little step has been both entertaining and fulfilling. Between the critters, the garden and my own, uh, mishaps, there is never a dull moment on our little slice of heaven!
Meet the critters!
Our beautiful horses are our pride and joy. We also are home to a variety of chickens and one very handsome heritage turkey. The other residents - dogs, cats and the random strays that show up, give our farm just a little extra culture to enjoy.
Making dreams come true
As most of my friends know, I've been a woman on a mission for the last year, stewing and writing and stewing some more over the books and characters floating my chaotic mind. Those closet too me have been dealing with the madness long enough to figure out I've finally gotten serious about my dreams of being a published author. With a little focus and a whole lot of maniacal laughter in dark rooms, I've been creating up a storm! Luckily for me, there is a publisher who happens to be just crazy enough to take a chance on a lil' ol' country gal with a big city dream. Looks like seeing my name on the cover of a book might be happening in the near future, so check back for links and info!
